    I haven't made this in a while but it is an excellent recipe. Low in WW points too.

    Country Steak & Gravy

    1 pounds boneless top round steak
    1 (12 oz) jar fat-free savory beef gravy (Heinz)
    2 Tbsp tomato paste (optional)
    tsp salt
    tsp garlic powder
    tsp pepper
    tsp dried thyme (optional)
    Cooking spray

    Trim fat from steak: cut into 6 equal pieces.
    Combine gravy and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well.

    Layer gravy mixture and steak in a 4 qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, beginning and ending with the gravy mixture.

    Cover with lid: cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 6-7 more hours or until steak is tender.

    Yield: 6 servings (3 oz steak and 1/3 cup gravy)
    Per serving: calories 170, fat 3.8 g., fiber 0.3g
