    Glorified Cabbage

    1 medium cabbage
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 cup butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb grated sharp cheese
    1 4-oz can of whole mushrooms
    Dash of tabasco
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    Salt & Pepper
    Chop cabbage and boil until tender. Drain & set aside. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Combine cabbage, soup, cheese, mushrooms, & seasonings. Mix well, then put in a 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.

        It is really a good one for people that don't like cabbage.
        Of course I am a lucky one as my family loves it any way it can be prepared...Ha!
        Try it with a little garlic. I use fresh garlic a lot!
        Great for New Year's Eve!! You Know...
        Black-eyed Peas (for good luck)
        Cabbage (for wealth)
        Cornbread? BECAUSE IT TASTES SO GOOD!!! LOL!
