    Pumpkin Crunch:

    Mix together:
    1(15oz.)can pureed pumpkin
    1(12oz.)can evaporated milk

    Add & stir altogether:
    1 c.sugar
    1/2 tsp.cinnamon
    1/2 tsp.nutmeg
    3 large eggs

    Put mixture into a greased 9"x13"baking pan & then crumble 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix over the top of the mixture.
    Add 1 c.of chopped pecans on top of that.

    Pour 1 c.melted butter over the top of the above mixture,going from one side of the pan to the other.Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

    Frosting:

    1(8oz.)pkg.softened cream cheese
    1 c.powdered sugar
    2 c.Cool Whip
    1 c.chopped pecans

    Mix altogether,then slather it onto the cooled cake.Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.Refrigerate till ready to serve.Its very yummy!
