Crockpot sausage potato casserole
1 lb sausage (I used mild Jimmy Dean )
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Chopped onion to taste
Salt/ pepper( I didn't use salt)
3 cups thinly sliced potatos (4)
1 cup shredded cheddar. I didnt measure
Brown sausage and onion. Drain
In a bowl combine soup, milk, salt/pepper and sour cream
in well greased ( I used a liner) crockpot put 1/2 potatos, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 soup mixture. Repeat layers.
cook low 6 to 8 hrs. Put cheese on top and cover to melt.
This says 6 servings. I believe 4 servings at best.
