1st Homemade Cinnamon Ice Cream:
(w/2 variations)
1(14oz.)can sweetened condensed milk
2 T.Vanilla
2 c.whipping cream
2 tsp.cinnamon
In a large bowl pour whipping cream & whip till stiff peaks form(stop beating,dont over beat.)Add in sweetened condensed milk,vanilla,cinnamon & mix w/beaters till combined & smooth.
In a loaf pan,line w/an overhang of plastic wrap.Pour mixture into loaf pan & smooth top w/spatula.Place plastic wrap over top to cover pan.Place in freezer till ice cream is frozen 6-8 hours or overnight.Scoop out & serve over pie,cake or turnovers etc..

In a large bowl pour in the containers of Cool Whip,add in vanilla & cinnamon,whip w/beaters till combined.Then add in sweetened condensed milk & beat till combined & smooth.Pour this mixture into a loaf pan which has been lined with plastic wrap(which has an overhang on all sides)Smooth top & place plastic wrap over top of pan.Place in freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight,till solid.

We eat the first recipe,the 2nd one is too sweet in my opinion.
